Player apps for discovering lounges, comparing setups, and booking sessions with transparent pricing and real-time availability.

Partner dashboards for venue onboarding, inventory management, pricing policies, staff access, bookings, sessions, payments, and settlements.

Admin tools for catalog management, lounge approval, policy administration, fraud prevention, and platform health.

Transparent pricing: players see base price, fees, taxes, and cancellation policy before paying.

Reliable bookings: confirmed bookings are honored at the confirmed time and price, subject to availability.

BookGames complies with applicable Indian laws covering payments, taxes, consumer protection, IT/Intermediary rules, and platform operations.

BookGames coordinates with payment partners such as Airpay and authorized payment aggregators for KYC, KYB, fraud screening, and settlement.

BookGames cooperates with law enforcement and regulators for lawful requests, fraud investigations, and safety incidents.

6. Trust and Safety

BookGames runs trust scoring, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and account-level controls to protect players, partners, and the platform.

BookGames does not tolerate harassment, hate speech, illegal content, prohibited gaming activity, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse, and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these standards.
