Who Uses BookGames

BookGames is built around two primary roles. Knowing the difference helps when reading our policies and product pages.

Player

A person who discovers gaming lounges and books sessions on BookGames. Players use the BookGames player app and website to find venues, compare setups, reserve slots, pay online, and attend sessions at the chosen lounge.

Partner (Lounge Owner)

A partner on BookGames is the owner or authorized operator of a gaming lounge listed on the platform — including gaming cafes, esports arenas, console lounges, PC gaming centers, VR arcades, racing simulator lounges, and similar offline recreation venues.

Whenever the BookGames website, app, dashboards, legal pages, or help content say "partner", it refers to the lounge owner (or the business and team operating that lounge), not to a payment partner, marketing partner, or third-party vendor. Where we mean those, we say so explicitly (for example "payment partner" or "payment gateway partner").
